Players will rotate through court work, shooting technology, and athletic performance training in a competitive environment.

Court Work & Skills

Ball handling, footwork, finishing, defense, and game IQ. Skill development that translates to real game situations.

Shooting Development

High-volume shooting, form shooting, perfect reps, and instant feedback using Shoot 360 shooting machines.

Speed & Agility

Improve quickness, lateral movement, acceleration, change of direction, and overall athletic performance.
